Woodwolf offers bespoke furniture design and custom craftsmanship services. Whether you need tailored dimensions for a dining table, a custom modular coffee station, bespoke solid wood storage, or specific timber finishes, our master artisans bring your interior vision to life.
2. The Custom Order Process
- Design Consultation & Requirements: Share your room measurements, preferred wood species (Sheesham, Teak, Mango, or Acacia), desired finish (natural matte, honey teak, walnut brown), and functional requirements with our design team.
- Technical Blueprint & Formal Quote: We create detailed dimensional blueprints, material specifications, and a comprehensive quote encompassing all fabrication and logistics costs.
- Approval & Commissioning: Production is officially initiated only after you review and approve the technical blueprint and finish specification.
3. Payment & Deposit Terms
- A 50% non-refundable advance deposit is required upon blueprint approval to procure seasoned timber and reserve workshop artisan time.
- The remaining 50% balance is payable upon completion of fabrication and quality inspection, prior to dispatch.
- Photographic and video previews of your finished piece will be shared for final approval before departure from our studio workshop.
4. Production Timelines & Lead Times
- Standard custom furniture items require approximately 15–25 business days for crafting, kiln-stabilization, hand-sanding, and protective multi-coat finishing.
- Complex architectural installations, large conference tables, or extensive custom orders may require 3–5 weeks.
- Because solid wood requires natural curing and moisture stabilization, we adhere strictly to unhurried, proper drying cycles to prevent future warping or joint distress.
5. Design Modifications
- Blueprint adjustments or dimension revisions must be submitted within 48 hours of deposit payment.
- Any changes requested after wood cutting, shaping, or joinery has begun will incur supplementary material and artisan labor costs and may extend estimated delivery timelines.
6. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Policy
Because each custom and personalized piece is crafted exclusively to your unique spatial dimensions and personal preferences:
- Custom orders are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once delivered.
- Cancellations requested after 48 hours of order confirmation are strictly not permitted, as outlined in our Cancellation Policy.
7. Delivery & Transit Inspection
- Custom items are packaged in reinforced, multi-layer wooden crating with foam corner buffers to guarantee pristine transit condition.
- Customers must inspect the package thoroughly upon delivery. In the rare event of damage incurred during transit, document the outer crating and item with clear photos/video and notify us within 48 hours at support@woodwolff.com for swift restoration or replacement support.
