All standard wooden products and home decor items are crafted and dispatched within 1–3 business days from our workshop. Custom or made-to-order furniture pieces may require 5–7 business days for precision crafting and quality inspection prior to shipment.
2. Estimated Delivery Timelines
We partner with top-tier national logistics providers to ensure fast and safe delivery across India:
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bangalore, etc.): 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 5–7 business days after dispatch.
- Special / Remote Areas: 7–10 business days.
3. Shipping Charges
- Free Standard Shipping: Applicable on all prepaid orders across India.
- Express / COD Shipping: Nominal handling fees may apply at checkout depending on the location and order volume.
4. Safe Multi-Layer Packaging
Wooden products require special protection during transit. Each Woodwolf item is carefully wrapped in foam cushioning, corrugated corner guards, and heavy-duty 5-ply cartons to prevent scratches, dents, or transit impact.
5. Real-Time Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, a tracking ID and live tracking link will be sent to your registered email and mobile number via SMS/WhatsApp. You can also track your order directly on our Track Order page.
6. Damages in Transit
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, please take clear photos/videos before opening and contact our support team at support@woodwolff.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately arrange a free replacement or prompt resolution.
