1. Our Commitment to Craftsmanship
At Woodwolf, every piece of furniture and home decor organizer is handcrafted from 100% seasoned solid wood (including premium Sheesham, Teak, and Mango timber). We take pride in traditional joinery, durable construction, and hand-applied protective finishes designed to serve your home for years.
2. Warranty Coverage & Duration
Woodwolf provides a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all standard solid wood furniture items from the date of verified delivery:
- Structural Integrity: Covers joint separation, structural frame failure, and load-bearing wood defects under normal domestic use.
- Hardware & Fittings: Covers factory-fitted hinges, drawer channels, fasteners, and magnetic catches against mechanical failure or manufacturing defects.
- Termite & Borer Resistance: All our solid wood is chemically seasoned and kiln-treated to resist pest infestation under proper indoor conditions.
3. What is Covered
- Breakage or separation of joints resulting from defective craftsmanship or faulty materials.
- Significant warping or cracking that affects the functional structural integrity of the furniture piece under normal indoor conditions.
- Mechanical failure of drawer runners, handles, or embedded hardware present upon delivery.
4. Natural Wood Characteristics (Not Considered Defects)
Wood is an organic, living material that reacts to its environment. The following natural characteristics enhance the authenticity of handcrafted furniture and are not considered defects under warranty:
- Variations in natural wood grain patterns, tone, knots, and mineral streaks.
- Minor micro-checking or seasonal expansion and contraction caused by changes in ambient temperature and humidity.
- Subtle shifts in wood patina and natural finish over time due to ambient indoor light exposure.
5. What is Not Covered (Exclusions)
- Misuse & Accidental Damage: Burns, water stains, liquid spills, cuts, impact dents, scratches, or damage caused by abrasive cleaning agents.
- Environmental Exposure: Damage resulting from prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, outdoor weather, moisture, high humidity, or placement adjacent to heating radiators or air conditioners.
- Unauthorized Alterations: Any self-repair, third-party modification, disassembly, or re-polishing voids the warranty.
- Improper Care: Failure to follow standard wood care recommendations outlined in our Woodwolf Guide.
- Commercial Use: Products used in high-traffic commercial or institutional settings unless covered under a separate commercial agreement.
