1. Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Woodwolf furniture. You may request a return within 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

• The product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
• The wrong product was delivered.
• The product must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Custom-made or personalized furniture.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
• Clearance or sale items (unless defective).

3. Return Process

1. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order ID and photos of the issue.
2. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup.
3. Ensure the item is securely packed in its original packaging.

4. Refund Policy

• Refunds will be initiated after the returned product is received and inspected at our facility.
• Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
